Refund policy

• Damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong item: contact UNC Nation within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review it for a replacement or refund.
• Wrong size / change of mind: no returns or exchanges on correctly produced items because products are made to order. Customers should check the size chart before ordering.
• Order changes/cancellations: contact us immediately. We can only cancel or change an order before production begins; once production starts, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
• Wrong shipping address entered by the customer: the customer is responsible for additional reshipping costs when applicable.
• Returns: don’t send anything back until UNC Nation approves the return.
• Approved refunds: returned to the original payment method.
