UNC Nation Shipping Policy

All UNC Nation pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment location. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are not guaranteed.

U.S. orders will generally arrive faster than international orders. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs, local carriers, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, items ordered, package weight, and available shipping method.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery dates are estimates and delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside UNC Nation's control.
